Role at UYWI:
National Director, RELOAD Training Tour

Education:
1990 Graduate, Hampton University, Hampton, VA – Marketing

How did you get here?
Left The J.M. Smucker Co. as a District Sales Manager to go full-time in youth ministry (1997) at Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church, Memphis, TN. After starting my own Not-For-Profit youth center (Evansville, IN), and serving as a full-time youth pastor in multiple places, I finally landed in Cincinnati. While serving there in ministry, I was referred to UYWI by Pastor Phil Jackson. Shortly thereafter, I received an offer, and the relationship began.

What’s cool about your job?
I have the opportunity to meet youth leaders / youth pastors all over the country……some with all the “bells and whistles,” and others who are in a little “cubby hole” doing more ministry than we could ever imagine! Seeing evidence of The Kingdom in over 20 cities regularly each year is quite humbling…not to mention be able to serve leaders locally in their cities!

Most Unusual Job:
Babysitting for the students in the Educational Department (while I was in college)

About Me:
1 movie every night; Select Soccer Coach/Trainer; Golf; and much, much laughter!

What tip would you give for getting the most out of UYWI events?
Observe and find out which “Presenter” (or leader) God is expecting you to ask for their mentorship.
