Hi, I am trying to find out what the cost per person is for this event, and how I can register for the Reload West Tour at Biola. I can’t find that information anywhere.
Johnny, thanks for your inquiry regarding Los Angeles RELOAD. The price is still being worked out, we should have an answer by next week along with a link on this page to register. If you have any other questions you can email us at info@uywi.org

Are these workshops set in stone or would their be an opportunity to propose a workshop and leader for it?
Ryan,
You would need to speak with Bobby Duran, you could email him at bobby@uywi.org He is overseeing the host team for RELOAD LA.
Do you have to attend the conference to go to the Humble Beast Block Party.
Derek, we would encourage you to come be a part of the Two day event since the concert is part of the experience, but if you do choose to only attend the concert, we would ask that you please arrive at the time the concert begins 9pm. We hope to see you there.
Is this conference more for youth ministers or can anyone attend.
Derek, this conference is aimed at anyone who is involved in ministry with teens and/or has a heart for reaching youth. We also offer a workshop for youth, we encourage them to be in high school. Please feel free to call us at 800-734-8994 with any other questions, we’d love to give any more clarity to this event.

Do you have deals on hotel packages for the stay?
LaTricia, we have posted a link where you can find the local hotels around Biola. Mention that you are part of the Biola event to receive a discount.
We wouldn’t be able to attend Friday night, only Saturday. Would there be a possibility of a discounted rate for the one day?
I have a question regarding this event, who could I contact?
Hello, I planning to register for a booth as well. I had a few questions I hoe you can help.
#1)I was wondering if you knew the times for the vending because I would also like to attend the workshops and have a booth.
#2) I have an art ministry and I was going to display my art work during the booth session. I was wondering if I can paint live with acrylics. It wont be messy at all I can be careful, and I can provide my own materials. It is very clean, and can be great for people to view and see what god is doing through the arts!
#3) do I have to represent a church ministry org?The ministry I do is Christian based but is not necessarily under Victory Outreach ( my church) yet…
Hi Channtal, feel free to call us at 1-800-734-8994 or email us at info@uywi.org
