Youth Transition Network

What happens to your youth when they graduate? Does the church body pick up where the youth group leaves off? Are you alone left to steward the responsibility of these lives you have discipled? What can you do now with your juniors and seniors to make sure they get connected and stay connected through college, career or the military?

Youth Transition Network (YTN) is truly a coalition of ministries working together to see preparation happen for our graduates in our youth groups and youth ministries and a connection tool to help students connect with their next spiritual home, whether they are headed to college, military or work.

YTN seeks to get this video in youth leaders hands across the country to have them use it with their seniors this Sept, Oct, Nov. Youth workers can request a free copy of the DVD at YouthTransitionNetwork.org. This points students to LiveAbove.com where today there are over 4,700 college, career and soon military ministries on bases ready to connect with them while they are still in their senior year, so that relationships are in place when they arrive.
