Welcome to RELOAD, where hundreds and hundreds of leaders have experienced the power of God through training and networking with like-minded youth workers in their cities! Whether you are a veteran, seasoned, or a brand new youth worker, God has a family of resources and experiences for you.

RELOAD, One-day training events teach core skills, promote local resources to support youth outreach efforts and provide opportunities for engaging with other community leaders. RELOAD offers Collaboration, Community, Coaching, Counsel, Worship, Workshops and the Word of God to bring together a powerful network that you can leverage for maximum ministry impact.

RELOAD experiences can then be customized to develop RELOAD Labs that would offer half-day, smaller settings for more intensive training and strategizing for tackling some of the most challenging issues facing urban youth in our communities.
