Ginny Olson is an author and speaker as well as an adjunct professor in the field of youth ministry and church administration. She is also the Director of Youth Ministry for the Northwest Conference, a region of the Evangelical Covenant denomination.
Ginny lived in Chicago for almost 25 years. During that time, she was on the youth ministry staff at Willow Creek Church and later taught youth ministry at North Park University and Seminary. She returned to her hometown of Minneapolis 3 years ago to be closer to her family. Don’t ask her if she’s a Vikings or a Bears fan.
Ginny and Mike Work recently co-authored Youth Ministry Management Tools 2.0 and developed www.ministrymanagement.com. She is also the author of Teenage Girls: Exploring Issues Adolescent Girls Face and Strategies to Help Them and Breaking the Gender Barrier in Youth Ministry.
